Pav Bhaji is a delicious street food. It hailed from Mumbai. It consists of a vegetable curry called “Bhaji” and soft bread rolls known as “Pav.” If you like to make it at home, the recipe is easy.
Put some butter in a frying pan and keep it over the flame. When the butter begins to boil, add chopped pieces of cabbage, carrot, capsicum, potato, and some fresh peas. Mix and fry the vegetables. Add some Pav Bhaji Masala that is available in the market. Mix well. Add more butter and stir. Cook the curry until it is thick and creamy. Serve with butter-toasted pav and garnished with onion, lemon, and coriander.
